Things that I imagine meshing better or worse with UA:

Over the Edge
Call of Cthulhu
Feng Shui

Also, Toon, Qags, HoL, and some other games that don't mesh very well with UA (I used to play lots of D&D, Champions, Cyberpunk and whatnot).
