One of the weirdest moments in my life was watching the Boy Scouts of America's adult training video on child molestation.  The entire thing was a thinly disguised step by step instruction on how to lure children into such a situation.  'Step one: the molester lures the children into his trust using bribes of candy, toys, etc.'  It really disturbed me.
