That's certainly not what I was describing. That's a rational choice 
comparing the benefits of treatment with the risk of side-effects. It's not 
a desire to remain ill.

That seems reasonable, certainly witin the scope of an RPG like UA.

Basically, in UA your friends can't force you into therapy to remove 
hardeneed or failed notches if you want to keep them.

Some therapists may make you change your mind about what you want, 
naturally.
