Well, since the Wronged is fed not by the accused, but rather the accusers,
it's possible for one to be attracted to such a case, but I don't think one
would necessarily be created when the accused is subsequently killed for the
crime.  The cycle is broken.  Otherwise, we tread into a few too many
philosophical minefields, such as whether a person's soul is whole and
complete, but limited by its ability to interact with the outside world.  If
this is the case, then there might be a new class of Revenant--people with
souls who were trapped in bodies or psyches that would not let them live to
their full potential.  Paging Stephen Hawkings?
