Interesting, but as Mach132 has said, is too non-antropocentric for UA.

I Like the idea of using beings that are not exactly human. This "alien"
aspect creates some interesting effects on the player. Unspeakeable Servants
are the best examples.

But in UA, every major force, with the exception of Entropy and Order, are
antropocentric...

But let's go on...

So, why not just figure them as "angels"? Actually, that was the first image
that came to me when i read the book. But antropocentric ones. Thay could be
sa mixture of both ideas. They can be "time", "creativity", etc, and
"angels" at same time. If a better explanation, and an antropocentric one is
needed, that are what is left from the past Godheads. But they are barred
from interference on the actual universe.

Why another super being? ::))
Besides, if something like that would "incarnate", why not give it free
skill powers? Thay can be even "Nobilis", using the reference for this
really amazing game. They just could do, anything in the scope of his power.
(i.e. Time, Creativity, etc.)

Btw, they are looking like Sandman's eternal by now, or what? :):):

Anyway, letting them in the "ghost" world, is better.
