Personally, I'd allow Entropomancers to get a charge
from playing Russian Roulette with Blanks (if the
entropomancer didn't know they were blanks.)

While, technically, in magic, you can have things both
ways, I think players need some semblance of "natural
law" even when dealing with magic.

What I've read in the published material seems to
imply that magic interrupts causality; that it fiddles
with the universe in response to an adept's obession.
It happens on a very personal scale (only with a very
broad range.)

Therefore, if the person doing the magic -or
harvesting the juice for that magic- beleives, then it
ought to work. If you're out to trick an
Entropomancer, I don't think it would work by simply
tipping the odds. You have to tip the odds with the
Entropomancer's knowledge.

I know this has been discussed, but I like to remind
people of the core factor in RPGs: The element of
customizable tyranny avaiable to anyone who shells out
the bucks for the books. I don't just use books to
give my decisions authority, I hold mine up like the
tablets of Moses and smash them when I'm offended.

It's the wandering in Portland for 7 years after that
bugs me.
