[UA] Banking Conspiracies

I wish I had posted this with that idea I had for a
Banking Conspiracy story a week or so back:

I bring this up for two reasons:
One of the best characters I ever ran into was a
friend's during a Mage game.  He played someone who
the Technocracy had been given a bad rep.  The
character was listed with Chexsystems, which prevents
you from gettng a Checking account anywhere for Five
years if you're on it.

I wonder if it would be possible to use this bit of RL
to spice up a Plutomancer or even benefit the
character.  It might also be useful in that "Dead
Presidents" idea.

Banking conspiracies are actually one of the more
prevalent types out there and they certain pre-date
most modern theories.  The Medicis, Jews and anyone
lending money at interest has been the target of fear,
paranoia and resentment for over 500 years.

Money, in itself, is as important to vice as sex and
drugs and if it doesn't crop up in a game, then the
game probably isn't set in "our world."
