Sometimes, sometimes the title changes several times during the writing.
Generally I find myself writing up the scenario equivalent to a "splash
page" and then ages trying to figure out a) what to call it and b) what
the characters are actually going to be doing for four hours while the
cool bad guy I've created is furthering his foul plots.
