[UA] Forsyth

For a while I've had a problem with the Angela Forsyth chaacter, but I never 
could figure it out until I looked over the magic rules again and saw 
"obsessopn" requirement again.

How can someone obsessed with Cliomancy effectively run an organization like 
the sleepers without placing the sleeper objectives second to her obsession 
with history powered mojo?  Any explanations?
