It's sort of like picking on an enforcer who you know has a gun.  If you can avoid it, you do so (unless an entropomancer).  But sometimes, you've gotta face off against him regardless.  Disarming him would be a good idea, but not always practical (ie, once Dirk's charged up, you can't really make him break taboo, at least not easily).

Do you think most hits on Dipsomancers occur on Sundays, when it's not legal (in some areas, at least) to sell alcohol?
