[UA] False Histories

Most obvious "historical locations" in Chinese cities
are somewhat fake, having been burnt down and shelled
during so many wars that what remains today is just
rough approximations to be shown to tourists and
citizens displaying a false image of some extended
history. The Forbidden City is a notable faux
historical location/artifacts - whatever the Japanese
didn't steal during wartime was crated up and flown to
Taiwan with the rest of China's remaining treasures,
now residing in equally fake reconstructions of their
earlier locations, transplanted onto the disputed
island.

How much this matters for post modern charge
accumulation is uncertain. Does harvesting work well
at the new Forbidden City in Beijing? What about the
one in Taiwan, where all the contents have been taken?
If both the handle and the head have been replaced
over time, is it still the axe Washington used to cut
down that cherry tree? What if the head and handle
were split to make two axes at any point along the
way?

Regards,
- Menzi
