This from the man who crowed in absolute joy after writing that the most powerful named adept in known history, the man with buckets of major charges, died in an embarrassing household accident?

I would think the mood of UA demands such rules -- though, as someone else pointed out, probably not the usual Hollywood knockouts that have no long-term effects.
