As I remember it the clone wins by killing Dr. Mengela (I'm
sure I mispelled that). The impression I had was that he
would not become the leader of the 4th reich, or whatever,
because of the experience at the end. Mengela still needed
to mold him into a new Hitler. It's been a while since I've
seen it though so I could be wrong...
