heh. i could see it being used as some cheesy phrase by a tabloid journalist
or conspiracy theorist, maybe. i think actual adepts and avatars probably
use more colloquial and local terms. if they talk about the OU as a whole at
all (i imagine most of them just know about a few local dukes and cabals).
i would never the term "OU" in a game, as i think anyone i played with would
immediately think of the "Open University" and laugh...
