Actually, I tok the converse position: that when a thread goes
off-topic, the on- and off-topic branches will be grouped together if
you put (OT) at the _end_.

Good point. 

I'm pretty ambivalent on this issue. You seem to have some experience
here, so if you think that putting it forst makes sense, let's do it.
