it's actually better if people tag the posts at the _beginning_ of the 
subject, rather than the end.

Firstly, if people sort their mail by subject, it groups all of the OT 
posts together.

Secondly, some mail readers only display a limited part of the subject line 
in the mail listing.  Having the (OT) at the end means that it might not 
show up immediately.
