It seemed like a wise piece of munchkin blocking.  Do you REALLY want to
put a blast ritual in the hands of an obsessed avatar who doesn't need to
spend charges and can just shoot, shoot, shoot all the livelong day?  I
didn't.

Is there anything more irritating than an elaborate gesture of contempt
from someone who's smart, but who thinks he (or she) is a genius?
