[UA] Magick Schools

I came up with one, but it's another one of those schools that just wouldn't 
work for players.  Theomancy, I called it.  Get charges by converting 
people, awakening their faith in god.  Taboo is having faith yourself.  
Spell effects tend to mimic Bibilical miracles...with a major charge, maybe 
even returning the dead to life.  I'm going to make the school followed only 
by a single family, an itinerant preacher and his descendants -- it was 
originally sparked by an artifact that's thought to be the tongue of a 
saint, but really belonged to a Godwalker of the Demagogue.  Haven't done 
anything with it, but I have vague plans involving a Dipsomancer and an 
eldest son who gains his faith and loses his magic.
