Omnipotent God creates things that he knows are evil, though he's omnibenevolent. There's the whole Problem of Evil in there.

It hurts my head to try to combine the two systems of Christianity and UA. I don't think it works very well however you try.
It does make for interesting things for a semi-clued in NPC, who's heard of the IC and the Comte, but doesn't understand what's going on.
