The thing about this is that the campaign is already all over this guy!  In
the forties, the Communist was about to ascend.  Unfortunately, he was
killed during the process, while at the same time the US detonated the first
atom bomb.  This terrible conincidence caused the communist to become an
empty space in the circle of 333 archetypes.  Through this hole came the
King in Yellow.  The PCs and the Inquisition is trying to ascend a
free-software guru as the freebie-giver to plug up the communist hole before
the world ends and the King becomes part of the next cycle in a more
legitmate fashion.
