Taiwan always is. It's actually illegal not to mark Taiwan as Chinese territory, also to not include an inset with those islands somewhere miles out to sea. 

Sometimes bits at the edge of North Korea, Vietnam, Russia, basically any land border, get slightly overlapped.

By accident, of course.
