Nope. That stuff comes after. What it results
in is the growing self-identification as the victim of
some social or cultural situation, a distinct part
Hitler's agenda. Though non-violent protests came
from it, the identification as the victim in a society
that still loathes weakness lead to the violent
reactions against them. His influence is/was on both
the side of the Israeli State and the Palastinean
Authority.
Besides, who says that when you get to see things
from the IC's altitude, you don't see past things like
DNA and skin colors to the heart of the matter. If he
wasn't replaced by the Emaciated Madame, than she
should at least be his Godwalker.
Also, while he was quite a racist, I did not see
Hitler going on about the lesser races to anywhere
near the degree he did about the Jews. There was
definitely something more there, which is why his
extermination plans set him up to become the
Self-Loather, not the Butcher or some other
officialized mass-murdering archetype.
And besides the point, handing oneself over to
the loose dogs of a police force is following some
sort of self-destructive urge, no matter what the
thought you convince yourself it is for. In the real
world, it may have been more bravery, but in a world
with Hitler in the IC, there was a unbidden voice deep
in the head of the beaten protester: "I deserve what
I'm getting."
