[UA] The Outsider: miscellaneous observations

Can the Comte have children?  How about all his children are hideously twisted monstrosities of varying types (see the X-files episode featuring Bruce Campbell as a polygamous demon for inspiration)  Exact reasons why could be worked out.

Or is that moving in the wrong direction? (the inhuman monsters multiplying sort of direction?) If so, you could just have the Comte have normal children when he feels like it, and go of fathering children then leaving them, only to reappear much later in life and cause problems.  (kinda reminds me of an obscure Grimm's fairy tale called "Godfather Death" or "Death's Godson" or some such)
