[UA] Dead Baby Heroin

For some odd reason, the idea of someone mixing a drop of amniotic fluid 
into a heroin dose struck me last night. Almost immediately, I thought of 
UA, but can't seem to find out any information on amniotic fluid. Does 
anyone happen to know what it exactly does? Any thoughts as to what bizarre 
ritual requirement this might be?
