Not at all. My dipsos are pretty skint as well. They don't tend to buy
these expensive beverages, but obtain them by trade or whatever. And as a
result they are quite *rare* for them.

Indeed that is where the whole "unique experience" part of my ideas comes
from - a rich dispomancer loses the ability to draw significant charges
from expensive stuff he or she has easy access to... Such a boozehound
might be able to draw a significant charge from a cheap bottle of beer
that is suprisingly good, though, if he or she hadn't tried that level of
drink before, and wasn't expecting anything from it.

Ultimately this leads to a limited scope for great power, and a continuous
search for new experiences. I think that is *ideal* for any obsessive
personality...
