In this vein, I'd suggest that it's not so much that Dipsos with HSC's
(Historically Significant Cups) are overpowered as that Dipsos without 'em
are screwed (NO way to get Sigs).
If you're working on redoing the Dipso charge-gaining, I'd suggest that
you come up with a way that Dipsos can get a reasonable number of Sig
charges without killing themselves or spending 12 hours drinking and
partially sobering up.
