Nice. You'd have to rework the drink rules and spell cost, though. Five
drinks are a -25% impairment (-20% for the first five, since the first
one is free). Since some dipso spells cost as many as four charges, that
puts the dipso at -95% impairment. -100% is alcohol poisoning, and you
can't sober if you keep drinking, so four significant charges is the
limit (and he can't get minors, either)
