Oh yeah. That was the first thing that struck me.

I've noticed this as a general trend in Internet-posted schools: either
charges are ridiculously easy to rack up (e.g. "have an hour-long
conversation for a significant charge"), or they're impossible to
roleplay (e.g., "create a work of art".)

This school is actually not so bad in this respoce if you just jack
everything up tremendously: use the sig. ritual for minors, use the
major for sigs, and come up with something crazy for majors.

Balanced charge-gathering is one of the hardest things (IMO) about
designing a new school. It might be cool conceptually, but if it's not
playable, no one will let PCs use it in their game. Even some of the
schools in the book fall down here: the difference between a minor and a
significant Dipsomancer is completely at the whim of the GM and when he
decides to present a vessel in the game.
