This reminds me of one of my favorite "genres" of stories, the "Epic Tales
of School." Disney's TV cartoon "Recess" does this a little, with a group
of friends trying to make their way through school while the playground is
ruled by a "king" and the kindergarteners are all cannibal savages. I
really like the archetypal matching and surreal feeling to stories like
that, mainly because it reminds me of when I was in school and entertained
myself with basically the same embellishments of reality.

Doing something like that in UA would be great. We need more "dream logic"
RPGs...
