Speaking of the City Swap (is Swop the "non-American" spelling?) I'm
thinking of something that might, in one fell swoop, eliminate all my
concerns about game balance and canon product conflicts.  

If we set up a standard form, as proposed, the final section could be the
IMUAC (In My Unknown Armies Campaign) section.  Before that you have the
crime info and the local color and the spooky stories and the
infrastructure stuff -- all of which could be used for any game or, indeed,
short story or what have you.  The IMUAC stuff is UA specific and can be
ignored.  The non-canon stuff gets separated out for ease of use or ease of
non-use.  That would kick ass.
