There are other bits involved, like a paradox, which most obsessives might not have.

Which reminds me of a basically unrelated question:  Several (three, I think) NPCs in the main book have skills for going without sleep (the HoR representative, a Mak Attack employee and someone else, I think).  Now, sleep deprivation was given specific rules in PoMoMa, but they didn't cover how this is effected by a skill for insomnia.  Now, seeing as an Oneiromancer worth his salt would want such a skill (like any Dipsomancer would probably want "Hold your Liquor"), how does the skill work?
