[UA] High Caliber Urban Legend

There could be such a detailed urban legend in the OU;  it would be the
work of a cliomancer using many sigs (or even a major) to convince the
world that the gun existed.  All their evidence was destroyed in various
unikely ways, but they remember it all *so* clearly...

Why a cliomancer would go to such lengths is left as an exercise for the
GMs.
