[UA] Final Chapter

My Unknown Armies game, which is AFAIK the only even close to completely
logged one on the web - is moving into the final chapter. The world is six
ascensions away (well, five after the last session which isn't logged yet)
from the end.

I'm thinking that the general increase in weird/magical intensity that
occurs with each ascension goes exponential with the last few ascensions, to
the point that when there are only one or two remaining normal people may
start to manifest wish-fulfilling powers and everything will really head for
hell in a handbasket. But the game has not yet reached that point.

Also, in my cosmology, when the world ends and starts over, it may not start
from scratch - often, the clergy may choose to rejigger existing reality and
history and keep things running. The last time that happened was in 327,
when the clergy filled up, decided that the eternal roman empire wasn't
going to be what they wanted, and changed the world so that Rome was headed
into decline instead of starting to colonize across the Atlantic. They
changed a lot of other things as well, but history wasn't actually
restarted. It's still unclear whether or not history will be restarted this
time.
