You could list skills in official books and unofficial skills (like the post I'm replying to) separately, or have a star next to one or the other or some such, so that GMs and players know which is which (ie, if the player really wants "do anything" which is listed on the site, the Gm could look at the site and see it's unofficial and therefore more easily refusable.  Simlar actions could be done with GMC vs. PC skills.

And I'd suppose it'd have to be a website, because if it were printed in a sourcebook, it'd be outdated by the next sourcebook.

What about "Lightbulb (ding!)"?  Useful for those moments the party is stuck missing a clue the GM thought was obvious.
