[UA] Release schedule stuff

	I'd rather see two books a year, full of UA wholesomeness. 
I can't afford to buy everything RPG-ish that I'd like too, with 
the poor state of the Irish pound relative to both Sterling and 
the US Dollar, so two UA supplements a year would compete more strongly 
for the gaming dollar than 4 supplements would, where I could say 
to myself "I can do without Supplement X, I bought a UA thing not 
that long ago."
