Hi there,

I will still use my 1d10 + "10s" of the speed stat for
my games. I especially like it because certain
characters have speed-beefing skills like fastdraw, or
somesuch.

If the character has such a skill, he can, (after
initiative) opt to reduce his skill by ten percent and
add +1 onto his initiative total.

If the character is at two-thirds to one-third of his
Wound Point total, he only rolls 1d10 and adds nothing
else. (Each character has a different total based on
his character concept and skills-identity).

A person that is in a stress shock (hardened or
failed)also gets just to roll a 1d10.
