More like Unknown Thirteenth Floor Armies.  Or is it Floor 13?  Any
which way, it's a great little game where you play the head of a secret
british agency.  All you get to do is sit and read reports and give
orders.  You never even see anyone personally.  But it's fun to try to
get those last few poll points in the PM's favor before you get thrown
out a window.
