Run a con game in which an Infomancer uses a bunch of sig charges and/or a Major to create an AI that passes a Turing Test, and goes beyond. All the PCs are computer types or detective types who are hired by another company to find out how he did it: reverse engineer, hack his files, hold him at gunpoint, whatever, because the Infomancer's getting a lot of press in the computer world and the rivals thought they were close (they weren't, but it looked good in theory). So now the PCs uncover that the AI was actually created by the Infomancer killing someone in a ritual (imagine a juxtaposition of mythic images of death & rebirth and video game images of extra guys, plus lots of binary code and bits about AI) and trapping their soul in the AI program, and removing his memories. Once the Sleepers get involved, revealing this is not an option, so the PCs must find some other way to resolve the situation (maybe just wiping out the Infomancer and erasing the files).
