[UA] UA Cards

or just a stand alone faction style dueling game.. like l5r but not 
collectable... you have the factions worked out (TNI, sleepers, etc).. just 
throw in a healthy mix of characters from books for an identifier and a 
generous dose of violence and magic... you could complete objectives much 
like Dredd CG or Mythos.
