I'd suggest some of the following:

* Butthole Surfers, HAIRWAY TO STEVEN and LOCUST ABORTION TECHNICIAN
  it's always my first choice for some A-grade surrealism

* Sonic Youth, MADE IN USA
  some sort of soundtrack to some sort of movie I've never seen. However, plenty
  of spooky and/or surreal tunes... Come to think of it, you might just add BAD
  MOON RISING, EVOL and SISTER, all by Sonic Youth, to the list as well...

* ALIEN III - Soundtrack
  Am I the only one who hated the movie but loved the soundtrack?
  
* THE USUAL SUSPECTS - Soundtrack
  Especially that one piece they play in the movie in the scene where the gang
  meets Redfoot the fence for the first time. Brilliant for standoff situations.
  
* LOST HIGHWAY - Soundtrack
  I'm a sucker for David Lynch movies. Also, there's one track with the laughter
  of the mystery man right at the end which I used with great effect in my 
  campaign (and scared my players good...)
  
Also, many selected songs of my favourite bands, but those work mostly for me & 
my group and are tailored to very specific situations...
