Things I use regularly include:

VR 5 soundtrack (if you can find it)
The Replacement Killers soundtrack
9mm soundtrack (less often)
A Huge and Silent Place (by Ozma)
Metropolis (by Jeff Mills)

and most recently, and perhaps most recommended:

anything by Death in Vegas (Dead Elvis, and the Concertino Sessions).

Also just picked up the Pi soundtrack, which seems to be a good bet,
along with some older stuff by Aphex Twin. I am also known to use Phil
Glass material every now and then. His soundtrack to The Unknown seemed
to work well.
