[UA] Kudos and Backslaps and Props, oh my!

I just wanted to take a minute to pass on how impressed I am at the
people on this list the past few days. The subject of Jo's opinion of UA
is one that would have quickly degenerated into a flame war on a lesser
list. You folks were able to have a rational (if slightly heated)
discussion about it without getting out of the bounds of polite
discussion. 

I've been on this list for several months now, and the level of civility
and folk's ability to be considerate to each other really is a breath of
fresh air after some other lists that I'm on. Thank you all very much,
and I'll buy you all a beer (or something) next time you're all in the
same room together.
