I understand it's a minor charge.  But for a road marker?  Would that give 
out a minor charge a day?  And what about Miller's Creek?  Everybody's heard 
of Bigfoot--but for every place in the NW where somebody *thought* they saw 
Bigfoot is that a charge maker?  Could I continuously drive up the road to 
that road-marker and get a charge?
