I'm a newcomer to the list (hello!), and I turned the question to my gaming
group. All of us had some training in Latin, and the best answers we have
found are:

"Quod (est) scientiae pretium?"
"Quod (est) prudentiae pretium?"

These are pretty literal translations. You could even leave the verb (est)
out, for a more 'Latin' flavor.

Or, for a more elliptical (and thus, 'more Latin') translation:

"Quanti scientia?"
"Quanti prudentia?"

You could even try for a chiasmic construction, such as:

"Quanti scientia?"
"Prudentia quanti?"
