Sounds like an interesting idea for a Room of Renunciation for people who
had a real ego problem. "So you think you're so _superior_? Let me please prove
you wrong".

Basically the entrance would be from a road that leads to nowhere ("I never get
lost, I can't get lost, I don't need a map"). Then you end up there, and begin
your "therapy".

One last thing I'd like to point out: average != 50%
I think that if you take the average level of people in surgery, you'll get
something very very low.
