Very cool idea.  The Major charge should be generated in LA, though, not 
just carried through.  And Urbanomancy would be best, I think, so the charge 
would come from the city itself.

And has the Ellis Island thing too.  Screw geography.  I say we pick the 
cities that fit best and rack up the frequent flier miles.
