If I where to use this school, I guess I would make the charge building
dependant on the magnitude of the secret (I stole cookies from grandma's as
opposed to i slept with your girlfriend, i kiled the president). Maybe it's
my personal experience, but i find it harder to commit a "secret" close and
personal with one or a small group of persons than going into the radio/tv
and saying it to 1.000.000 unkown people, and maybe the casual known one. At
the end, everybody will know about it, isn't it how public secrets work?
