I think that Team Salvation was an inelegant translation to UA.
If it were I, I would have gone with a smaller, more
occult-powered group, and failing that, made significant changes
to the way each of the Mag7 JLA were portrayed.
I think I'd have gone with a fully-tricked out core 4 (well, 5)
SuperFriends, plus their Junior Super Friends-- Superman, Wonder
Woman, Batman (& Robin), and Aquaman, with Wendy, Marvin, and
Wonderdog.
I like some of the names, so I'd stick with them.
Superman = Paragon, an Epideromancer who uses his abilities
*only* for toughening up-- no fluiding/flesh-ripping, whatever.
Just making himself strong, tough, and fast.
Wonder Woman = Amazon, the Flying Woman. Essentially the same,
but I'd give her a Soul Skill called Detect Lie.
Batman = The Owl, an Obsessed Detective/Enforcer.
Robin = The Cat, an Obsessed Acrobat/Daredevil.
Aquaman = The Atlantean, a Cliomancer True King who believes
that he is indeed a reincarned King of Atlantis.
Wendy = Obsessed Detective.
Marvin = Wild Talent, Levitation at the temporary cost of Mind
points.
Wonderdog = a possessed canine.

The original version of Bibliomancy I wrote (available on
PYRAMID to subscribers), includes a significant level formula
spell intended to to just that.
<injoke> And for those watching at home, you may notice that teh
example bookworm, David Robertson, is Vernon Henshaw's (see HUSH
HUSH) mentor. </injoke>

<keanu> Whoa. </keanu>
At least it's not Stan Lee. Warren Ellis could be fun, though. I
can't wait to see PLANETARY/BATMAN *and* the Planetary take on
Batman.
