[UA] Entropomancy question

Was wondering about generating a significant charge. It says "...offering no
resistance and no basic dodging..." (p. 91). Shouldn't this give those
trying to make mashed potatoes of the entropomancer a plus shift? Can't find
anything about it in the book.
