[UA] Old school occult thing

I was looking through one of my friend's copies of Liber Al and thought 
about how it could fit into the PoMoOU.  Of course it is largely irrelevant 
to PoMo mages, but there's that wacky chiper in it which (to my knowlege) 
has not been cracked.  Some folks have claimed to have cracked it, but they 
all claim that it was a prediction of their arrival and that they are the 
occult shiznit.
